Today we started a five week series on becoming "Fully Human". The focus today was on the futility of worrying. I loved the text and message... and now the focus ahead of living a balanced life of faith.
Our team was little smaller with five people out but we had a wonderfully moving worship experience. Whenever we have a smaller band there's a clarity to the sound... more space for the words to breathe... it's not better than our usual offering, but just different. I love change, so I was excited and up for the challenge of maintaining an energetic and engaging worship experience. Today the words we sang were purposefully placed in the forefront and offered up to our Father in heaven in a way I pray was pleasing.
Our tech-team has been continuing the work of fine-tuning our sound system now that our speaker system has been overhauled. The sound today was awesome! Thanks guys.

Hey Eddy,
ReplyDeleteLooks like a good set - isn't Beautiful Savior really slow? If it's the song I'm thinking of ... wonder how that transition would be into a song like "Today is the Day" ... which ROCKS!
PS >> Thanks for the link to TheWorshipCommunity.Com, we appreciate it a ton!
