Serving has become a full time ministry as I enter into a semi-retired season. The world around me has dictated that I serve, and serve I am.
As I dreamt about this new semi-retired season I envisioned a day that would be without barriers. And with that would come the freedom to be creative at any whim. It would be exhilarating.
That was before life happened and everything kind of blurred over. Six months later I'm settling into the clearness again.
And so it goes that it's nothing like I expected, but it is a wonderful season. A season that's to be enjoyed, appreciated, and remembered.
