Sunday Blip Post: When She's Home

When she's home there's a calm in my being,
a calm in my soul, a calm in my heart.
I rest easy knowing she's within my voice,
within my reach, within my watchful eye.
I smile thankfully that she's returned from her travel,
from her adventure, from her journey.
I pray peacefully trusting she is a child of grace,
a child of love, a child of God.
