Exodus 16:13-15
Our energy was a little low, but our spirit was energized this morning. That spiritual energy transformed a skeleton team into a powerfully worshipful body.
With a visiting speaker (Violet Little) from an inner city church (The Welcome Church) missioned for those living in the margins. Our focus was on the body of Christ giving back to those who are currently homeless.
I loved this line from her message 'God took my mess, and gave me a message.' At the conclusion of our service we packed and blessed backpacks full of daily essentials to be delivered to the those in need.
